"Awesome Prices and Friendly Service!"
I was about to place an order with a bigger company that turned out to be quite rude and unhelpful, plus they charged way more. Thankfully, I stumbled upon these folks who had the same item for a much lower price. Being new to printing, I had some questions about the product, so I gave them a call. The guy on the line was really nice and super helpful. I placed my order right after that, and it arrived the very next day! Seriously, fantastic service and I highly recommend them!

The ordering was a breeze. Delivery came quick. Plus, if something's 'out of stock', they reach out to the customer right away to share the estimated arrival time and offer alternatives.

"Quick, Kind, and Effective Service from TCS-CAD"
I made my purchase on their site and later needed to call to modify my order after it had been sent out. They were super understanding and really helpful; adjusting the order was a breeze, and I got the updated item the very next day. I’d definitely shop with them again.

I placed an order for some paper and paid right away online. Then, I received a call from your team saying they couldn't ship my order to my home address. But here's the thing: I work from home, and my business is registered at that same address.

"Quick, Efficient, and Spot On"
Being a newbie to TCS-CAD, I was really impressed when I called to see if they had what I needed. There were no annoying phone menus, no elevator music, and no waiting on hold—just a real person on the line. After getting my questions sorted, I went ahead and placed my order, and it showed up way faster than I expected. Everything was there, no issues at all, and it was a breeze—just fantastic!

They called me up to let me know that one of the things I ordered online was out of stock, and they did this within an hour of my order.
All the other stuff showed up as they said it would, the very next day.
The remaining item got to me on the date they mentioned, and there were no extra shipping fees.

"Fantastic Customer Support"
I ordered a Canon ipf6300 from TCS-Cad and was really blown away by their service. I asked for a callback to provide my card info over the phone, and they got back to me in just 2 minutes after I sent the order email. The whole process from start to finish took under 5 minutes. They even called to let me know about a delay caused by an issue with the delivery courier. The pricing was also quite competitive. As for the printer itself, I'm super impressed with it and the way it was packaged. The print quality is awesome!!

"Fast Delivery and Great Service"
We had been on the hunt for a large format printer for quite some time and faced numerous issues with other businesses regarding orders and stock. Then I stumbled upon TCS-CAD. I gave them a ring, and they had the exact model I was after available. They let me know that if I placed my order before 2 PM, it would show up the very next day. Plus, they pointed out a more affordable option for the paper roll I had in mind, which saved me over 50%. Sure enough, the printer and paper showed up the next day as they promised. I really wish there were more companies out there with such fantastic service and a great attitude.
